At The VoIP Hub, we believe you deserve to know exactly how we make money. In short: we may be paid when you choose a provider we work with, and that never changes the honest, independent nature of our recommendations.

How We Make Money

The VoIP Hub is an independent advisory and information service. We do not sell phone service ourselves, and we do not charge you to use our site or speak with an advisor. We are compensated in these ways:

1. Referral and advisor compensation. When you request a quote and choose to move forward with a provider through one of our independent advisors, we may receive a referral fee, commission, or ongoing residual payment from that provider or through the agency partners we work with. This is how our advisory service stays free to you.

2. Affiliate arrangements. From time to time, some of the links, buttons, or provider listings on our site may be affiliate links. If you click one and sign up for a service, we may receive a commission from that provider, at no additional cost to you.

3. Display advertising. Some pages — including certain residential phone service articles — display third-party ads served through Google AdSense and other networks. We earn revenue when these ads are shown or clicked. These ads are selected by the ad network, not by us, and their presence is not an endorsement. Ad networks may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits; you can manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

4. Amazon Associates. The VoIP Hub is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. When you click an Amazon link on our site and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

How This Affects What You See

Because we have these relationships, compensation may influence which providers we feature, the order in which they appear, and how prominently they are displayed. Not every provider pays us, and not every provider is listed. What compensation does not do is change the honest information we provide or override our advisors' job, which is to recommend the option that genuinely fits your needs and budget.

Currently, the "Request Quote" buttons and provider listings on our site connect you with our independent advisor rather than sending you to a paid affiliate link. If that changes for any listing, this disclosure already covers it.

Ratings and Reviews

Ratings and reviews on our site include both our own editorial assessments and reviews submitted by site visitors. User-submitted ratings reflect the opinions of those individuals, not The VoIP Hub. We do not allow providers to pay for a higher rating.

The VoIP Hub is an independent advisory and information service for business and residential VoIP phone services. We are not a VoIP provider and do not sell phone service directly.

Not Professional Advice

Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or technical advice. You are responsible for evaluating any provider and for your own purchasing decisions. Your use of any third-party provider is governed by that provider's own terms.

User-Submitted Content

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith; if unresolved within sixty (60) days, either party may pursue formal resolution. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes will be brought in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative proceeding. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it arose or be permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.

When you submit a quote request, your contact information is provided to an independent advisor who works with you directly. It is not sold to multiple providers, and we do not operate as a lead-selling service that distributes your details to a list of companies.

If, during the advisory process, you choose to move forward with a specific provider, your advisor may share the information necessary to set up service with that provider you selected. That is a step you direct, not something that happens automatically.

When You Contact an Advisor

Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to texts, using the unsubscribe link in emails, or contacting us.

Third-party advertising. We display ads served by Google AdSense and other ad networks on some pages.
