Advertising Disclosure

Last updated: July 21, 2026

At The VoIP Hub, we believe the businesses and households who rely on us deserve to know exactly how we make money. This disclosure explains our compensation in plain language. In short: we may be paid when you choose a provider we work with, and that never changes the honest, independent nature of our recommendations.

How We Make Money

The VoIP Hub is an independent advisory and information service. We do not sell phone service ourselves, and we do not charge you anything to use our site or speak with an advisor. Instead, we are compensated in two ways:

1. Referral and advisor compensation. When you request a quote and choose to move forward with a provider through one of our independent advisors, we may receive a referral fee, commission, or ongoing residual payment from that provider or through the agency partners we work with. This is how our advisory service stays free to you.

2. Affiliate arrangements. From time to time, some of the links, buttons, or provider listings on our site may be affiliate links. If you click one and sign up for a service, we may receive a commission from that provider, at no additional cost to you. Where a link is an affiliate link, we will treat it as a compensated relationship consistent with this disclosure.

3. Display advertising. Some pages on our site, including certain residential phone service articles, display third-party advertisements served through Google AdSense and other advertising networks. We earn revenue when these ads are shown or clicked. These ads are selected by the ad network, not by us, and their presence does not constitute our endorsement of the advertised product or service. Ad networks may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site or other sites; you can learn more in our Privacy Policy and can manage ad personalization through Google’s Ads Settings at https://adssettings.google.com.

4. Amazon Associates. The VoIP Hub is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. When you click an Amazon link on our site and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

How This Affects What You See

Because we have these relationships, compensation may influence which providers we feature, the order in which they appear, and how prominently they are displayed on our site. Not every provider in the market pays us, and not every provider is listed.

What compensation does not do: it does not change the honest information we provide, and it does not override our advisors’ job, which is to recommend the option that genuinely fits your needs and budget. We are paid similarly across many of the providers we work with, so our incentive is to match you well—because a good match is what keeps our business running on referrals and repeat trust.

Ratings and Reviews

Ratings and reviews on our site include both our own editorial assessments and reviews submitted by site visitors. User-submitted ratings reflect the opinions of those individuals, not The VoIP Hub. We do not allow providers to pay for a higher rating.

Our Commitment

We operate The VoIP Hub because most “quote sites” sell your information to multiple providers and let a half-dozen salespeople compete for your attention. We built the opposite: one independent advisor who works for you. Being transparent about how we’re paid is part of that promise. If a recommendation ever seems off, or you have any question about our compensation, please contact us, we’ll give you a straight answer.
