Welcome to The VoIP Hub. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at thevoiphub.com and any related services (collectively, the “Site”), operated by IMC, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company operating in Arizona (“The VoIP Hub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What The VoIP Hub Does

The VoIP Hub is an independent advisory and information service focused on business and residential VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) phone services. Through the Site, we:

• Publish reviews, comparisons, and educational guides about VoIP providers and services;
• Display ratings and reviews, some of which are submitted by site visitors;
• Allow you to request a quote or consultation through our request form, after which an independent advisor may contact you; and
• Participate in affiliate and referral arrangements with some of the providers we discuss.

We are not a VoIP provider, and we do not sell phone service directly. We provide information and advisory services to help you make your own decision.

2. Not Professional Advice

The content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, technical, or professional advice, and it should not be relied upon as such. You are responsible for evaluating any provider or service and for your own purchasing decisions. Your use of any third-party provider is governed by that provider’s own terms, not ours.

3. Quote Requests and Advisor Contact

If you submit a quote request, you consent to be contacted by The VoIP Hub and/or an independent advisor working with us regarding VoIP options, by the phone number, email, or other contact details you provide. Contact may occur by phone, text, or email, and automated technology may be used. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of communications at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

The information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Affiliate and Referral Compensation

The VoIP Hub may receive compensation—such as referral fees, commissions, or spiffs—from some of the providers featured on the Site when you request a quote, sign up, or purchase service. This compensation may affect which providers appear on the Site and how they are presented, but it does not affect the honest, independent nature of our advisory recommendations, which are based on fit for your needs. 5. User-Submitted Content

Portions of the Site allow visitors to submit ratings, reviews, or other content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you represent that it is truthful, based on your genuine experience, and does not violate any law or third-party right.

You grant The VoIP Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, edit, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Site and our business.

We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to review, edit, or remove any User Content at our discretion—including content we believe to be false, misleading, offensive, or in violation of these Terms. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any User Content, and User Content does not reflect our views.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information, including in quote requests or reviews;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means without our written permission;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site; or
• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute Site content except as permitted in Section 7.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content—including text, graphics, logos, guides, comparisons, and design—are owned by The VoIP Hub or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish substantial portions of our content without our prior written permission. Third-party trademarks, provider names, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison purposes only.

8. Third-Party Links and Providers

The Site contains links to third-party websites and providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, services, privacy practices, or terms of any third party. Links do not constitute endorsement. Any dealings you have with a third-party provider are solely between you and that provider.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION IS COMPLETE OR ACCURATE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE VOIP HUB AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. [OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED — CONFIRM CAP AMOUNT WITH COUNSEL, e.g., $100 or amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months.]

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The VoIP Hub and its owners, members, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. This choice reflects that The VoIP Hub is operated from Arizona.

Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us through our Contact page and attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith. Most concerns can be resolved this way. If we cannot resolve a dispute within sixty (90) days, either party may pursue formal resolution as described below.

Venue. You agree that any dispute not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Individual claims only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute will be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

Time limit. Any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
